Answer Sandi, the oven sensor can be tested for resistance and it should measure around 1100 Ohms at room temperature and rise 2 Ohms for every 1°F it increases when exposed to a hair dryer. If the sensor tests good, the heater would be suspected if it will not heat back up after canceling the cycle and restarting bake immediately. If the unit will not go back to temperature unless the cycle is canceled and turned back on, the failure would likely be in the relay control board (the REV number would be necessary for accurate part number identification).
