Bonnie for Model Number SMH9187B/XAA Our microwave continually beeps, as if the food is done but there’s nothing in it. Will the switch membrane correct this problem? Also, our microwave does not have the /XAA after the model...does that matter
Answer Bonnie, while it is possible that the switch membrane could be the issue, if the control will recognize each key being pressed then the most likely issue would be with the main control DE94-01999A. Unfortunately, if the control does recognize each key being pressed, it is a discontinued item and is no longer available from the manufacturer. Read More...
