Smith for Model Number dv42h5200ew/a3 The dryer cycles are way off. First noticed the sensor cycles would fluctuate up and down by several minutes and get stuck on last minute, plus not dry the clothes. we cleaned the sensor bar and checked the vents. still no luck. switched to timed dry cycles ,but now the drying phase is barely warm while the cooling phase in the last 3 minutes of the cycle is super hot. This means it takes about 3 cycles of 40 minutes to dry clothes rather than one cycle. sometimes the cycle gets stuck on the last minute even in the timed cycle. Have replaced the thermistor and main control board. No change. want to limit opening up this dryer for a third time as it might be cheaper to trash it and get a new one if i keep replacing parts. Any ideas?
