Jremert, This issue sounds like the relay on the main control board would be faulty and would need to replace the main control board.

David for Model Number DV50F9A7EVP/A2

Samsung front load dryer randomly shuts off mid-cycle. The motor windings, belt switch and thermal fuse all show continuity with low resistance on the multimeter (with everything cold). I went ahead and replaced the motor just in case as well as the idler pully and rollers, but this didn't fix it. This can happen even in Air Fluff mode (with no heat) when the dryer was cool before starting, as well as heated Timed mode (which disregards the humidity sensor). Sometimes it goes the full cycle, sometimes it dies in 5 sec, but typically it dies somewhere mid-cycle. Starting to wonder if it is the Main PCB/relay, but hoping it could be some other cheaper component. Any suggestions?

Hello Ed, the T2 indicates an overheat condition, check the venting first, if not clogged, next check the heating element is not internally grounded, if the control panel will not allow a change in temp selection it may be faulty.

Hello Morris, access and check the dryer's heating element is not shorted or grounded. This can cause a runaway temperature.

David, Check the venting of the dryer to make sure that it is not clogged. This would be the venting from the blower wheel to the outside of your home and then also check to make sure that the belt is not broken.

Sevenliter, it would be recommended that the heating circuit is tested for continuity to ground. If a wire or element is grounded, it can cause the element to heat up excessively and trip the thermal cut out. If there is not a grounded-out portion of the circuit, it would be likely that the main control DC92-01729A is starting to fail.
