Dan for Model Number NE58F9500SS Put the oven into self clean. During self clean, process stopped, door won't open and I have no power to the digital control panel. Burners still work on top, have reset breaker and verified that oven has 240 volt power. What do you think is wrong ? Thank you, Dan
Answer Dan, there is a thermal fuse on the back of the oven that will open up on high temperatures. Check to see if there is continuity at the fuse, if it is open, it will shut down the oven.
