Lonnie for Model Number rs2555sl Freezer is working fine but refrigerator is not cooling. I took the back cover off inside the refrigerator compartment and the condenser is frozen solid. I cleaned the coils on the back of the unit defrosted all the ice inside the refrigerator it's been running for a day now but the coils are starting to freeze up again. The condenser fan is working
Answer Lonnie, You will want to test the temperature sensor on the evaporator coils to ensure that it is good. At room temperature it should have a resistance of about 5K ohms. If not then the sensor is bad and would need replaced. Also check the defrost heater for continuity. If no continuity then it is faulty and would need replaced.
