Doyle, While it is possible that the water tank could be the issue, you will also want to make sure that you have a good water filter in the unit. The water tank is located behind the crisper drawers under a cover. There is a water tank heater that would need to be checked to make sure that it is working. If the tank is frozen then the heater would most likely be bad or the control board not sending power to the heater. This can be checked at the control board to make sure that the board is sending the power. If not then replaced the control board. If so then the heater would be the cause.
