Marc for Model Number WF520ABP/XAA On normal-warm cycle, I always get water supply problem error message. The cold water continues to flow and the cycle never completes, even after turning off power, the cold continues to flow. I have replaced thermistor and water level/pressure sensor. Are the valve solenoids bad?
Answer Hello Marc, If the water continues to come in when you unplug the unit from the wall outlet, the water valve(s), DC62-00214L or DC62-30314K, will be the cause. If the water stops when the unit is unplugged from the wall outlet, the issue is electrical and will either be the water level switch DC96-01703B or a bad control DC92-00321A. Read More...
