Thai for Model Number DV316BGC/XAA

When I turn on my Samsung dryer, it is ignites fine. But the flame stays on for maybe a minute or two and then it off. Then I turn off the dryer and turn on again and the flame stays on just for a few seconds and it completed out again. Based on the suggested video, I have measure the solenoids coils using a multi-meter. The two terminal prong read 1215 ohms, and the three terminal prong coil read 1346 ohms, 1902 ohms, and 553 ohms across prongs 1&3. Please help and let me know how if this is a gas valve or any other problem and also please let me know the replacement part number. Thank you.

Answer

Thai, For the gas coils you are getting a good reading on the 2 prong solenoid. For the 3 prong you should read between 1300 and 1400 ohms across 1 and 2 and from terminal 1 to 3 you should have a reading of 500 to 600. Not sure where you tested and got the 1902 ohms but the rest look good. If all the readings are good according to what I have listed then this would be a faulty gas valve causing the issue.
