Joe for Model Number kbfa20erss01 I am getting very slow water flow out of the water dispense. The filter is new. I did notice that I had to turn off the water before installing the filter else it would leak all over. Do I need a new water valve? I also get a rattling sound behind the filter when the ice maker fills.
Answer Hi Joe. All of this points to a new water valve. This part # is WP67005154. If your copper supply line is hitting any metal on the back of your unit, then it will rattle or bang.
