Kerry for Model Number WP67005154 We just installed a brand new dual water inlet valve. We did exactly how the video shows it. Once the refrigerator water line is pushed into the valve, there is a slow drip. (From where white tube connects to blue valve). It is pushed. It was checked for tightness. What is causing this drip? Thank You
Answer Kerry, you will want to check the tubing for any burs or scratches as these can cause a break in the seal and allow water to flow through. You may also want to check to ensure that the tube end is flat and not angled as this can cause an improper seating not allowing the tubing to seat all the way in. Read More...
