Gilberto for Model Number LLR9245DQ0 I replaced both the clutch and the motor coupler. Agitator do look fine. Still does the same thing, I can fill with water and it drains the water, but does not spin nor agitate. I took it apart twice to make sure everything was installed properly. At lost at the moment. Gearcase ? Thanks
Answer Gilberto, If the coupler and clutch have been replaced it is either the gearcase or possibly basket drive ears have sheared off. You can visually inspect this with the agitator out.
