Brian for Model Number WFW87HEDW1 I am getting a random E3 F8 error code. I recently replaced the drain pump because it was kinda noisy. Thought the problem was fixed but now the same error code is back. Could it possibly be the water level switch? Thanks.
Answer Brian, this can be caused by excessive suds, a pinched or partially blocked pressure hose, excessive water, or if a pressure sensor has failed. It would be recommended that the washer is checked for suds by using an empty wash with hot water, as well as inspecting the pressure hose for any partial clogs or kinks. If these things check good and the water level does not reach excess, the pressure sensor WPW10448876 would be a likely cause of failure. Read More...
