Answer Glynn, Your pretty lucky, it's an easy change out. Remove the lower rack, and unscrew the wash arm nut and nozzle WP99001428 remember the nozzle orientation, so when you re install it, it has a specific orientation. slowly and carefully lift up on the spray arm and cover assembly.
