Richard for Model Number mdb4000awb I had my dishwasher repaired and the lower spray arm was replaced. The replacement part split. According to the repairman there has been an ongoing problem with this part. I've been waiting six weeks for this part and want to know if the problem with the spray arm has been resolved. I'd order the part myself if I knew it would work. Thank you
Answer Richard, We here at APP are not aware of an "on going" issue with the WP99001788 lower spray arm. There was an issue, approximately one year ago, but the manufacturer remedied that, almost immediately.
