Marc for Model Number maytag mdb4030awb Hi, both my washer arms won't rotate. Everything I can find online says there is a clog somewhere and I don't have enough water pressure but motor is good and I seem to have plenty of water pressure. I have disassembled pump/pump housing all the way down and cleaned everything out and can't find any clogs, filter is clean. Both impellers are in good shape. I figure I either need to replace the wash arms or some of the pump housing parts at this point. Any guesses?
Answer Hello Marc. Make sure the water level is high enough. Should be up to the bottom of the heater. If not, replace the water valve. Also, you can clean the spray arms on the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, February 13, 2013
