Jason for Model Number RBD305PDT14 I used the self clean feature but after it self cleaned the door won't open and neither oven will heat. I've turned the power off to reset the unit and when you turn it on now the screen reads "door" and the lights stay on. Will a new door latch resolve this or do I need a board?
Answer Jason, You will want to check or replace the WPW10195934 door latch assembly. The motor, or the door switch has failed, and the "door" display is illuminated.
