Tim H for Model Number Whirlpool RBD305PDS12 Control Panel Display is blank, but beeps when buttons are pressed. Oven does not turn on, but light works inside so power is on. I cycled power (let off for 30 minutes), no help. Please advise on the part required. Thank you.
Answer Tim, You will want to check the transformer for the control to make sure that it is good. Test on the P16 connector from pin 5 to 7 for 120 vac. If there is 120 vac then test P16 from pins 2 to 3 for 12 to 24 vdc. If there is not voltage at this point then the issue would be the transformer. The transformer part number is WP9760587.
