Shawn for Model Number RBD305PDS14 Screen began to dim. Now almost completely dark. Can still make out numbers at an angle, but very dim. Unit works fine, and still gets to temperature. We used it enough to enough to know the button sequence to pre-heat. All buttons work fine and no error beeping seems to be occurring. Advice was to replace transformer. I did. No effect. I then bought the control panel - it does not appear to even have an LCD in it. Which part has the LCD? I don't think replacing the panel will have any effect either. Intend to return and get part with display panel. Please advise.
