Ryan for Model Number RBD305PDS14 Hello, I just recently install a new control panel purchased from you guys on my whirlpool double oven. I have full power to the oven. All the lights work as well as the clock and timer. However the on/ off keypad buttons do not work. What could now be wrong? Thank you for your help.
Answer Hello Ryan. Make sure when you install the control board, you got the ribbon cable seated properly in the unit. If the ribbon cable is good, and the buttons do not work, you will need to replace the control panel WP8300435 in the unit. Hope this helps. Read More...
