Howard for Model Number rbd305pdb10 Problem is on the upper oven. The broil element stays on and the door locks when it gets too hot. Received error message E2 F3. Replaced the temperature sensor and still have the same code. I was told that I need a new control board. Could it be anything else?
Answer Hello Howard, As per the Tech Sheet: If sensor resistance and connections are good, then the oven cavity temperature must have exceeded a safe level.
