James M. for Model Number rbd305pds15 I am unsure if I ought to replace the control panel (pn: 8300435) based on some of the threads. The unit's display light is out. When touching the key pad, they do beep. The timer works, the light in the oven works but when I try to turn on the oven for bake mode, I get 5 beeps. I am unsure if replacing the control panel is the right move. Can you advise?
Answer James, Replacing the control panel WP8300435, probably will not solve the issue, the display and beeps could be a control board issue WPW10438751 and or a transformer issue WP9760587, not a keypad problem, but most likely a control board.
