Shirley for Model Number K45SS I was using my mixer, shut it off to get my dry ingredients and then went to turn it on and it did not work. I tried differnet outlets and moved the cord around to see if there was a short but nothing worked. Do you think if we replaced the motor brushes it would work or what other advice would you suggest? We do not have a service outlet around here. I look forward to you response!! Thank you.
Answer Hello Shirley. You will need to test and see if there is power coming to the motor. If not, you may have a bad phase control WPW10325124. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
