Mike for Model Number KSM150PSMC0 Mixer was only running at high speed. I ordered the governor and control plate replacement parts. After re-assembly, the mixer surges when set at low speed (1 or 2) but runs ok at higher speed. When stepping down from high speed, the mixer does not run when it reaches setting 1. Shut it off and step thru increasing speed levels again. It will surge on level 1 and 2. It seemed like a pressed the governor on all the way. Any ideas?
