Jennifer for Model Number KP26M1XPM I tried using this part (WP9707977 (AP6013759)) to replace the planetary in my stand mixer, model # KP26M1XPM, serial number WW0479877. However, the hole in the shaft sat too low, so that the worm gear was covering part of the opening and I couldn't get the pin in--is there a different planetary part that I could use for this mixer that would work? Or do I need to get a different/shorter worm gear? This issue has been driving me nuts--any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
