Rodrigo June 20, 2022 for Model Number KV25G0XMC hello, I'm looking for a planetary for my mixer (kitchenaid KV25G0XMC). Have you a part that fit in my mixer with a similar colour.
Jennifer August 20, 2021 for Model Number KP26M1XPM I tried using this part (WP9707977 (AP6013759)) to replace the planetary in my stand mixer, model # KP26M1XPM, serial number WW0479877. However, the hole in the shaft sat too low, so that the worm gear was covering part of the opening and I couldn't get the pin in--is there a different planetary part that I could use for this mixer that would work? Or do I need to get a different/shorter worm gear? This issue has been driving me nuts--any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
1 Answer Hello Jennifer, please contact our Customer Service on this problem, this likely just a part out of spec from the manufacturer and can be reordered. Read More...

Bryan March 29, 2020 for Model Number KP2671-3 Found the part I need to order; however, there are several of the same part - it's the "planetary" cog in the "color variation parts" blowup of the mixer. The problem is that I can't tell which planetary is which color. Is three a pattern to the part numbers, or is it a "ya gotta ask" question? Thank you.
1 Answer Bryan, unfortunately, the color of the unit would be necessary to identify which planetary would match your mixer. If the color and model could be provided in a new inquiry, this will allow for the most accurate information to be presented. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Read More...
Peter March 28, 2020 for Model Number KP2671XWH My kitchenAid Professional 6 mixer has a planetary that drops about a quarter inch when I start running it. The clip and pin at the top of the shaft seem to be in place. Suggestions? Model number KP2671XWH.
1 Answer Peter, This issue would most likely be caused by the planetary slipping from the shaft as it is just pressed in. This would require a new planetary. Read More...
