Travis for Model Number RTW440XQ0 i have replaced the atc switch and the water valve and i still can not get hot water to fill. I have volatage coming out of the atc switch to all the pins when I have it unpluged from the water valve conector but when I plug it into the water valves i lose volate to the hot water valve pins when it selecting hot water and I continue to have full 120 volts on the cold valve in any of the water temp. setting.
Answer Hello Travis. You need to check and make sure the hot water works unhooked from the valve as well. If there is not power, and the switch and valve are new, it sounds like the wiring harness is bad and will need to be replaced. Read More...
