Mary for Model Number Maytag Atlantis MAV6451AWW My washer is not spinning my clothes dry enough. They are still to wet after spin cycle. I moved my washer away from wall and there is a lot of black powdery residue I assume is coming from the belt. Is this normal and could the belts need replaced and that is why the spin cycle is not affective?
