Darby, You'll need to check and make sure there's nothing stuck between or under the tubs. Then, lower the clutch assembly 285785 and recheck the brake drive cam to ensure it is installed properly and locks and unlocks the brake. Then lower and check the spin /drive tube assembly and check that the brake shoes are clean, and the rollers are lubed so the shoes move freely and are not held up in the drum. You didn't mention it, but you also want to check the tabs on the coupler, make sure they aren't cracked, bent or distorted.
