Paul K for Model Number Whirlpool MOD wtw4800xq1 Hi my washer is three years old I've moved a couple of times so not sure if this caused the problem. The washier will wash, then drain but when she goes into the spin it makes a very loud noise sounds like something is stripping. I've hooked up my washer last week done three loads of laundry not a problem. The last to loads I've done It made this noise and I pressed stop right away lifted the cover everything seen to be balanced then pressed start and she spun good. I got a flash light and looked under the washer and see some white plastic bits and a silver nut was on the floor and I know the floor was clean before the washer went in. Please advise
