Mary for Model Number 11020172001 I have the Kenmore commercial coin opt washer model # 11020172001. I just replaced the drive block few days ago due to the washer stops in the mid cycle where it's suppose to spin. Now it's able to spin but washer stops in the mid cycle again and this time, it won't drain the water leaving it half tub full of water and just stops and sits there. The first time that happened after I replaced the drive block, I tried to test, opened and closed the lid after washer stops mid cycle, it gives me a buzzing/humming sound for about 15 seconds and it washed normal again...I also replaced the lid switch assembly thought that might be the fix..but today the same problem started again. Please help.
Answer Mary, You will want to check the unit to make sure that there is no clog in the drain of the unit. If the pump is seized then the unit will just sit there and not operate.
