Victor for Model Number LSQ8200HQ0 Washing machine is making noise when it is spinning. It look that the inner basket is touching the fix gasket in some portion or it is not aligned when it is spinning. All the springs that hold the exterior gasket are in place and that portion is not moving too much out of center.
