Peter for Model Number 11022996101 The washer makes a loud noise just before the spin cycle starts otherwise everything is working fine. Is it the drive block or something else? If it is a drive block, can I use pipe wench instead of the spanner wrench to remove the spanner nut? If yes, which type and size of the pipe wrench I should use? Thanks.
Answer Peter, When the washer gets done draining the unit then releases the brake and this is the noise that you hear when it goes into the spin cycle.
