Marshall for Model Number lxr6232eq0 My washer makes this weird noise when running. I removed the screw and the agitator and found what looks like a heavy duty retainer clip on top of the nut to get the basket out but don't know what or how to remove this steel retainer. Any thoughts on this? I don't see this steel retainer on any diagrams. It is not a standard retainer clip. Please help, Thanks
Answer Hi Marshall. This part is called a drive block. Part # is WP389140. This is a normal part that breaks while overloading the unit. After you remove the inner tub basket you will be able to use a set of needle nose pliers to reach in and grab it out. Thank you. Read More...
