Timothy, you may want to check the counter balance ring at the top of the basket to ensure it has fluid in it. If you rotate the basket and then quickly stop it, you should hear fluid in the counter balance ring. Another thing you may want to check for is to ensure that the basket is seated fully on the gearcase shaft assembly which is seated with a tub nut underneath the agitator. There will be some vibration on this unit, but it should not shake excessively.
