Karen for Model Number 11022722101 Hi we have a Kenmore 70 Series washer that is not spinning. We already changed the lid switch and the clutch but still not spinning furthermore now smells like something is burning. We also noticed that it sounds like its spinning but it's not. Right Now the washer is taken apart and we tried to reset the break assembly but it doesn't turn. Please help.
