Jay, The drive block would make a noise at the start or end of the spin cycle,were it the issue. With a new clutch and coupling properly installed, the next check would be at the brake shoe rollers, pads, and springs 285438 or possibly an issue in the neutral drain system 388253A in the gearcase.
