David G. for Model Number ntw4500xqo On the washer drive block, there are two notched out places. When my washing machine is in the spin cycle, the agitator will turn and the washer drive block will turn. On the shaft there are two ridges. As the agitator turns around, the notches on the washer drive block will rise up on the spurs until reaching the notched out places on the washer drive block, then the agitator will drop back down causing a very loud drop sound. How do I stop this from happening?
