John Doe I love your videos. You make everything seem so easy. I am an appliance technician and I have never worked on an old unit like the ones in ur videos that was as clean as the ones in ur videos. Of course its going to be easy when everything is already new. You should warn people that some older machines are going to be tough to get the motor coupler off, or to get the cabinet back on the frame. just saying. not all of us have a perfect machine to work on. The machines in ur videos don't have any signs of wear what so ever. very misleading.
Answer John, Thanks for your input. The majority of the products in our videos are "used" products, 10 or 15 years old, no 1 or 2 years old yes. Besides, the technical staff is here to assist consumers in the repairs on their products with service information and recommended procedures and practices, we don't feel that that's misleading.
