Answer Hi Elvin. First turn off all power. Then inspect the motor, motor control board, main machine control board and user4 interface panel for any wires / connections that might be loose. You have lost communication between motor and main control board. Look under your top and follow the technician sheet to put the machine into the field service test to tell you what specific area of failure you need to check.
