James for Model Number WTW5200SQ0 Washer fills with water but will nor agitate, spin or drain, just very low hum. Pulled apart and checked pump. Pump seemed fine. While pump was off I turned unit on and it ran, put it back together and washer worked for 2 days then did the same thing. Took it back apart and tested the capacitor, tested fine. Put it back together and it ran a week, then quit again. any suggestions?
Answer James, You will want to check the pressure hose and air dome to make sure that it is not clogged up The most likely cause for this issue of intermittent operation sounds like a loose connection.
