D Case for Model Number WTW4800XQ4 Hello, I've changed the control board, actuator and lid lock switch and my washer still won't start. I calibrated the washer and still nothing. The lid lock light remains on. Any suggestions? Thank you.
Answer Hello Dcase, since you were able to run the calibration cycle, you would know how to get into the test mode. In the test mode first, check for any fault codes, then run the autotest, lastly you can run the manual test cycle and confirm all components are working. Read More...
