Robin for Model Number 11029422800 My Kenmore Washer is 18 Months Old, it fills with water but won't Agitate, Drain or Spin. The drive motor doesn't run and the washer makes a brief buzzing noise then shuts off. Nothing is stuck between the inner & outer tub and the pump, drive motor (shaft turns freely in both directions) motor coupler & drive block are fine. Therefore, I need instruction's on how to check the Capacitor and Motor Switch (P/N 3952056) for Continuity/Ohm's & AC/DC Voltage?
