Fred D I replaced this clutch on my kenmore washer about 3 weeks ago. The washer worked great up until yesterday. It seems that the clutch wore out already. The washer will not spin out a full load of wash. I have to remove more than half the load to get it to start the spin cycle. Once the cycle starts it spins out at full speed. My question in was the clutch bad or what would casuse the clutch to fail so quickly
Answer Hello Fred. Check and make sure you installed the clutch properly on the unit. If so, then the issue may be a bad drive tube or the drive block is bad on the unit and will need to be replaced. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, September 10, 2012
