Answer Joe, If the unit does not fill with water then you will want to check water supply to make sure that it is not clogged at the water valve. If the water valve screens are clogged will not fill. Also check to make sure that the pressure hose is not kinked or clogged. Check to make sure that there is power getting to the water valve when calling for water. If the unit fills and the motor sounds like it is running but nothing happening then you will want to check to make sure that the motor coupler is good. You will want to check the continuity of the latch assembly. With door closed you should have continuity. If no continuity then the latch assembly is bad. Read More...
