Kyle for Model Number GHW9100L I have a Whirlpool Duet front load wash machine. After holding the start button, it will lock and just sit there. All lights look like it is ready to work but timer doesn't change. I ran the diagnostics and got F33 indicating a pump problem I think. I ohmed out the pump and it was Ok but the main pump cavity where the shaft goes into is full of rancid water. This is not normal, right? Also, the impeller has a great deal of play. Do I need a new pump? Thanks, in advance.
Answer Hello Kyle. No, that is not normal and it sounds like the pump needs to be replaced on the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, November 4, 2013
