Edward for Model Number GHW9100LW1 The washing machine is completing all cycles, from start to finish with no error codes, but it will not tumble the laundry or spin. I assumed the belt had broken since everything appeared to be working but the basket never turns through a load of laundry. I completed the diagnostic test- C:01 through C:08 with no error codes. I pulled the back off the washer and tested the motor, per the wiring diagram posted inside the cabinet. I have 6.2 ohm at 1-2, 2-3 and 1-3. I would have expected an error code if the MCU went bad. Any thoughts? Is there a way to test the MCU?
Answer Edward, The only thing you could do to check the MCU is to make sure that there is 120 vac going into the MCU and power out of the MCU. This issue does sound like it will be a MCU error. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, November 19, 2018
