Flint for Model Number ghw9400pwo i have a whirlpool duet washer and I get a f11 error code on any cycle. It will not start the motor on the C:04 diag which should rotate the drum. I ordered a MCC unit and still have the same problem.Should I be able to read anything on the serial interface connection at the ccu , either voltage of frequency at any time. thanks flint
Answer Hello Flint, You will want to test your motor to make sure that it is good. You can do a resistance check on the windings of the motor. You should have approximately 3 to 6 ohms resistance.
