Jon, First check the wiring harness and connections at the top hinge on the left side refrigerator door. Make sure there are no loose wires and connections, or discoloration inside the plastic connector housing. Then check the connections and wires at the WPW10310240 Hi Voltage Control Board on the back of the refrigerator. Replace the control board if all's OK.
