Bob for Model Number KSC24C8EYY02 Frig ice maker not working, after reading the Q & A section that the light on the emitter board needs to be on at all times, is this correct? My is not and suspect this could be the problem. Also is there a manual for trouble shooting?
Answer Hello Bob, On this model the optic light is only lit for about 30 seconds when the refrigerator is first powered up afterwards it is not lit. The tech sheet for testing is located under the refrigerator behind the front bottom grill. It includes testing the optics.
